Our process.

1. Client Preference Form Submission.

Firstly, you need to complete detailed preference form outlining your target areas, specific preferences, and ideal prospects for outreach. The more specific the information provided, the better our team can tailor the campaign to your needs.

2. Bespoke Audience Builds.

Our research team will begin crafting a bespoke audience based on the information you provide in the preference form. This meticulous process involves thorough research and analysis to identify and compile a list of potential organisations that align with your preferences. Building the audience takes 4 working days to complete.

3. Messaging Approach Consultation.

While the audience is being built, we will look at your messaging approach. We will already have the first draft of your message from your form submission. We will refine the messaging approach further if needed to ensure it resonates effectively with your target audience.

4. Audience Review.

The completed audience is then sent to you for review. You have the opportunity to review the audience and remove any companies or individuals that may conflict with your interests or are not relevant to your objectives. This process is repeated each time we build an audience throughout your campaign.

5. Key Decision Maker Connection.

Once you have reviewed your audience, we will set everything up on LinkedIn ahead of your chosen start date. Our team will then initiate the connections with individuals in your audience using your LinkedIn profile. We strategically send connection requests daily and always stay within LinkedIn guidelines.

6. First outreach message.

Upon acceptance of connection requests, the team will send your outreach messages to new connections within 24 hours.

7. Soft follow up.

In the event of no response within 3 days, our team will send a soft follow-up message to gently prompt engagement and encourage prospects to respond.

This follow-up message is crafted to maintain professionalism and foster ongoing communication.

8. Response Monitoring.

We recommend monitoring your inbox daily and promptly responding to any incoming messages or inquiries from prospects.

Timely responses demonstrate attentiveness and professionalism, fostering positive interactions and building rapport with potential clients.

9. Meeting Booking.

When you receive a positive response and the recipient would like to learn more we always advise to respond with your availability for a 30 minute virtual meeting. Once three meetings are successfully booked, we recommend pausing the campaign to focus on preparing for these meetings. We would advise to schedule a 1-1 session with our Founder John Hall to ensure you are well prepared.

10. Meeting Management and Follow-up.

Initial meetings should be scheduled for 30 minutes virtually to introduce yourself and get a better understanding of the organisation and their business needs. Following the initial meetings, if you have a good discussion we recommend arranging a follow-up meeting 7 days later. All your legalities are covered within the campaign cost and in the down time we will work on a proposal together, ensuring a seamless and professional negotiation process on the second meeting.

1-1 Support.

Once you have successfully booked your first meeting, we strongly recommend scheduling a 30-minute session with John Hall our Founder.

During this session, you will have the opportunity to gain deeper insights into the organisation you are getting in front of, explore their website and social media channels, and leverage your own experiences to identify potential areas of alignment. However, the primary objective of this session is to ensure that subsequent meetings are approached most effectively and strategically as possible.

During this initial meeting, John will guide you through six key questions designed to uncover critical insights and facilitate meaningful discussions. These questions are meticulously crafted to delve into the client's objectives, expectations, and desired outcomes, enabling us to tailor our approach and strategies accordingly.

By addressing these fundamental questions early in the process, we set the stage for a focused and productive collaboration that is aligned with your unique aspirations.

1-on-1 meetings with John represent a cornerstone of our onboarding process, designed to provide, insights, and clarity to navigate your meetings with confidence and success. We are committed to providing you with the highest level of support and guidance throughout your engagement with us.

  • We send all your messages to every contact that connects with you, all you need to do is monitor responses via your LinkedIn inbox and book meetings accordingly.

  • We connect with the individuals in the target audience via LinkedIn, we do not include a message in the invitation request to ensure a higher acceptance rate, once the individual has connected we wait 24 hours before viewing their profile and sending your tailored opening message. You will see a sharp increase in followers and connections in your LinkedIn network over the 12-week period.

  • We need you to periodically monitor your LinkedIn inbox once a day, ensuring you respond to positive meeting requests. We recommend committing 1-2 hours per week for any scheduled meetings, that‘s it!

  • Firstly, we need you to complete the preference form. Once this has been done our team of researchers will use this information to find organisations that align directly with this. We use various avenues to identify the companies - VC/Angel/PE Networks, Publications/Articles, Associations, Events, Conferences, Trade shows, Exhibitions and Award ceremonies - these are just a few.

  • You can find all the messages sent in your LinkedIn inbox (bottom right hand side on your homepage). You do not need a premium subscription or Sales Navigator account to run a campaign with us.

  • We expect your acceptance rate to be above 50% throughout the campaign enabling us to reach out to a minimum of 500 contacts via the messaging process.

  • We will reach out to 1000 contacts during the campaign. We would rather work with a smaller number of contacts that are suitable than a large generic audience in the tens of thousands.

  • You can reach out to our team at any point in the campaign to assist you with responses. Typical responses from prospects could be‘ I‘d like to learn more‘ , ‘How can you add value‘ , ‘Here is my number‘.
